Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with the certificate of authenticity and security tags intact.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at support@ludovicmoissanite.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry back in its original luxury presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton with all original documentation.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure safe transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the stone and setting's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
